OPPORTUNITY
A California-based company (a client of Eller Enterprises) currently at approximately $15M in revenue, is looking for the right person to lead and be totally responsible for all of its worldwide sales and marketing efforts. 

The company manufactures offshore a large line of gifts and decorative accessories available not only to retail bricks and mortar stores, but also online direct to the consumer. 

QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified candidate should have at least 10 years of sales and marketing history in the gift and home industry, with at least 5 years of that in an executive level sales management position overseeing in-house, outbound tele-sales, outside independent manufacturer representatives and management of trade shows. 

A detailed account of the person’s history in the industry, with verifiable references, will be required. 

The qualified candidate must be highly proficient in all areas of the use of technology.  The company has a robust outreach direct to consumers online and the qualified candidate should have knowledge of how to maximize this opportunity. 

This position will be based in the home office of the company, so relocation will be required if the person does not already live in the area the company is located in Simi Valley, CA (about 45 minutes Northwest of Los Angeles).  Company will pay for relocation expenses per company policy.    

Final candidates may be required to complete a personality test, a background check, a credit check, and a technology proficiency test. 

COMPENSATION
Industry standard compensation package, with benefits, will be part of the offering package.  Compensation will be based on a salary plus the potential for a 25% bonus if agreed upon goals are met.

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with video editing, mockups, packaging and presentations
  • 3+ years in professional commercial design, preferably in a marketing department or creative agency
  • Print and digital design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress templates and SAP a plus
