GHTA E-Seminars FAQ

  • How do e-Seminars work?

o An e-Seminar is a combined on-line and audio presentation. You'll log onto a provided internet link and dial into a provided conference call number. A moderator will guide you through an interactive session with a small group of sales people.

  • Is it hard to get to get up and on-line?

o No. Just click on the link, follow the steps and you'll be up and running. In your email notification, you'll be provided with an alternative path to connect, if there's a problem.

  • Do I need any special equipment or computer set up?

o No special equipment, other than a phone and a computer with internet access. Dial Up internet access will be too slow, due to some of the image content.

  • What do I do if I have trouble the day of the e-Seminar?

o Make sure you start at least 10-15 minutes before the program is to begin. If the link doesn't work, try the alternative set of directions.

  • Who can I call if I don't understand the instructions sent to me?

o Read the instructions as soon as you get them. They'll be sent out at least one week in advance of the e-Seminar. If you have a question, call Clark Orlaska @ 612-490-9603.

  • Is any prep work needed?

o Some e-Seminars require about ~30 minutes of prep work. You'll receive a worksheet with instructions at least a week in advance of the e-Seminar.

  • Can I switch times or seminars?

o Generally not. There are only 10 slots for each e-Seminar and it's hard to change times.
o If a change must be attempted, please contact Clark Orlaska @ 612-490-9603 or Gwen Vryhof @ 616-949-9104 well in advance of the scheduled e-Seminar.
o If a change is made, the attendee will receive a NEW link to access the new e-Seminar time.

  • What if I'm sick and cannot attend?

o Missing an e-Seminar due to illness will be accommodated, as long as immediate notice is provided and an alternative space is available.
o Attendees who 'miss' or 'forget' a seminar cannot be accommodated.

  • Are my fees refundable?

o No. The fees paid are not refundable due to the low program cost and restricted attendance slots.

  • What information do I take away with me?

o Some of the e-Seminars provide copies of handouts, templates, spreadsheets or access to the Idea Bank for future reference.
