EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
- Exhibitor tables will be located in the Akimel Foyer, just outside where the conference general sessions will be held
- Size of exhibitor space is approximately 8' x 8'
- Tables, chairs and waste baskets will be provided to exhibitors at no extra charge
- Please send approximately 200 company brochures and handouts to the GHTA office, at least three weeks prior to the conference, to be included in the conference binders
- Please work with David Suhl (david.suhl@americanavc.com) to obtain audio/visual, electricity and wireless pricing and sourcing information
