Todd Litzman


Chairman of the Board


Todd was co-founder of Showroom Solutions in 1998, which later merged with Brandwise. In addition to leading Brandwise, Todd is actively involved in the Gift and Home Trade Association. Todd has more than 25 years experience in designing, developing, installing, and supporting computerized point of sale, inventory management, and sales process automation systems. Prior to starting Brandwise, he was an independent consultant for Paramount Parks Inc., and was responsible for the recommendation and implementation of ticketing, concessions, merchandising, and inventory control systems for five major theme parks in the United States and one in Canada during this two year project. 

Bob Ricciardi




 About Face Designs 

Robert Ricciardi has been in the gift industry for more than three decades. He is President and Owner of About Face Designs, the company he founded in 1999 based in Highland Park, IL. About Face Designs markets and distributes proprietary sentiment gifts to the card, gift, and specialty industry. Ricciardi began his career in 1978 at Enesco Corporation and quickly advanced to management positions.  During his tenure, he was Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President and President of Sales, Acquisitions and North American Subsidiaries.  He resigned from Enesco in 1997 to become President of Ty, Inc. – a position he held until he started his own company. Over the years, he has served on numerous industry boards of directors, including the California Gift Show, Americas Mart, New York Gift Show, Philadelphia Gift Show and Gift Association of America.  



Joe Harris


Vice President


Joe Harris is currently the Vice President and Director of Professional Services with Whereoware, a web development and marketing firm located in Northern Virginia. Joe joined Whereoware in 2004 and currently manages the development of website and technical-based projects for over 150 Whereoware customers. Prior to joining Whereoware, Joe was a Founder and Vice President at SmartPants Media, a multimedia, software design firm specializing in the creation of interactive CD-ROMS, websites, and kiosks for marketing and educational purposes. He worked directly with a wide assortment of clients including non-profit organizations, small to medium-sized business, and federal and state governments.   

Fred Schmidt


Fred Schmidt joined Prime Source Accessories in 2004 as a partner to assist co-founders Jamie Chauss and Maureen Lorr in launching the company's first consumer branded collection, All For ColorTM. With a strong background in key account sales, sales team management, and marketing, Fred served as the Vice President of Sales and managed a network of top-tier sales agencies to market and sell the All For ColorTM and Sloane RangerTM brands.

Allison Barrows


Allison Barrows is the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing with the Ganz Gift Company, established by Samel Ganz and sons Jack and Sam in 1950. This privately-held, family company is now headed by the founder's grandson, Howard Ganz, at the corporate headquarters, located in Woodbridge, ON, Canada. Allison has worked for Ganz for the last 13 years and has served on the GHTA Board of Directors for the last two years. Prior to Ganz, Allison worked for The Limited Corporation, as a Store Director and Regional Trainer for five years, after graduating from Appalachian State University, where she was an All-American soccer player.

Majda Rensberger



Majda Rensberger is the Vice President of Marketing for OneCoast, a nationwide Sales and Marketing Company representing Gift and Collegiate vendors. In her 9 years with OneCoast, Majda held a leadership position in the development of the industry's first National Sales Model (OneCoast ND One), implemented operational structures and led the development of the company's Integrated Marketing and Sales Model. Majda heads up the Marketing and Showroom departments where she's responsible for marketing and branding strategies of OneCoast and their vendor partners, helping them effectively market their brands and drive B2B sales via e-marketing, social media, mobile and public relations platforms. Majda is a member of the OneCoast Senior Executive team involved in the company's strategic planning and new business development. Majda has been a GHTA member since 2009 and a Marketing Workshop speaker at a past conference. Majda has a degree in Marketing & Communications from Columbia College and comes with a background in advertising and sales.

Lindsay DeMyer


Darrah & Co.

Lindsay is the Vice President of Darrah & Company, Ltd., a Gift Sales Agency based out of Atlanta. Vicki Darrah, Lindsay's mother, started Darrah & Company in 1989. Lindsay has "officially" been working for Darrah & Company since 2002. Prior to joining Darrah & Company, Lindsay worked outside the indstury in Washington, D.C. and New York. Lindsay has a true commitment for the industry she was raised in and looks forward to being a member of the GHTA Board of Directors. 

Dylan Schauben


JGROB Associates 

Dylan is the Executive Director for JGROB Associates, a sales and marketing representative agency serving the mid-Atlantic and Ohio Valley region. Dylan is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board for the Young Gift Executives, an organization in the gift and home industry that focuses on furthering the development of the gift trade, addressing key challenges facing the sustainability of the industry and engaging new audiences to ensure a vibrant future. Through education, collaboration, industry dialogue, and philanthropic opportunities, the YGE is committed to redefining the gift trade for the next generation. In addition, he volunteers as the Music Director and Children's Group Leader for Caminar Latino, Georgia's first and only comprehensive domestic violence intervention program for Latino families. 

Cliff Price



Cliff Price & Company 

Cliff is the President and Founder of Cliff Price & Company, a Dallas Trade Mart-based sales agency, which was established in 1995. Cliff Price Too was founded in 2012. The combined showrooms offer one of the largest resources of products in the Dallas Market Center. Prior to creating these agencies, Cliff spent six years as a Sales Representative and Manager at Papel Freelance. 



Greg Bilezikian



Greg is President and Owner of Dennis East International (DEI). DEI is a collection-based gift company located on Cape Cod. The organization mantains full design staff and a staff in Asia. Greg's strength in sourcing allows the company to offer products in each collection sourced in a variety of countries, offering the retailer great value and selection in the same color scheme and theme. DEI and its staff bring fun into each of the products they bring to market.


 Randy Eller


Eller Enterprises

Randy's expertise in the home and gift industry is the result of a committed career. His path to success began with a 10-year stint in the retail management of variety stores for a 20-store chain headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn. In the 1980's Randy worked for Russ Berrie & Company. He is perhaps best known for his accomplishments and guidance of CBK, an importer and wholesaler of home decor. 

Currently, Randy operates Eller Enterprises, which was founded in 2004. It is a consulting firm serving companies and individuals primarily within the home accent, furniture, and giftware industries. These businesses include wholesalers, product designers, marketing, public relations, and advertising firms. Eller Enterprises also offers personal executive coaching, professional speaking, and mergers and acquisitions advice to clients in a variety of industries.  


 Chad Corzine



Archipelago Botanicals

Chad is the Director of Business Development at Archipelago Botanicals. Chad has a strong background in sales and international commerce and uses these attributes to help support the strategic growth of Archipelago. In addition, Chad is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Young Gift Executives, an organization in the gift and home industry that focuses on networking, consulting, education, and philanthropic opportunities for the next generation of industry professionals.

George Kacic, the gift and home furnishings industry leader widely acknowledged as a visionary force in the U.S. wholesale and retail communities, is Executive Vice President of Retail Services at AmericasMart Atlanta.

Kacic previously served as the President of U.S. operations for Giftcraft, Ltd, the Toronto-based lifestyle home decor and giftware industry leader serving a diverse network of specialty retailers around the world. In his new role, Kacic directs AmericasMart's large and growing retail services operations with a major focus on sustaining and expanding domestic and international retailer and designer presence and enhancing their experience while attending AmericasMart's 14 annual markets and shows.

Kacic's career spans more than 36 years within the home and gift community, including senior sales and business development roles at GANZ and Russ Berrie. His career also reflects long service to the industry through leadership of the
Gift & Home Trade Association (GHTA) and other prominent trade organizations. Prior to his Giftcraft presidency, Kacic enjoyed a long tenure at GANZ USA, where he served as Vice President for 20 years. Previous positions also include a seven-year engagement with Russ Berrie; five years as President of an independent sales representative firm; and a Vice Presidency with Takara USA, during which he helped establish the Japan-based firm within the U.S. market. 

His industry activities are as deep-rooted as his corporate leadership. He is vice-chairman of the Gift for Life Board, on which he has served since 2011, and has served for nine years on the GHTA Board, during which time he has held the offices of President, Chairman Emeritus and ICON HONORS founding partner. Kacic has received numerous awards from GHTA, including the prestigious Luminary Scholarship Award, which is devoted to the enhancement of leadership and business development skills in young students. His most recent industry honor was conferred in January 2012, when he received Gift for Life's highly respected Chuck Yancy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Kacic's extensive knowledge of the retail industry gained through his year of experience will be invaluable to his achieving success as he assumes his responsibilities within AmericasMart.
